I don\u2019t have any cash on me\u2026 Is there maybe some other way I could pay you back?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver didn\u2019t say a word.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He just nodded slowly and kept driving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few minutes later, instead of stopping in town, the taxi turned onto a narrow dirt road leading toward a dark wooded area just outside the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The woman\u2019s eyes widened in panic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the cab stopped beside a small clearing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver calmly stepped out, walked to the trunk, and pulled out an old blanket.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He spread it carefully across the grass.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The woman could barely breathe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOh no\u2026\u201d she whispered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver then pointed toward the ground beside the trees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trembling, the woman stammered,<br \/>\n\u201cPlease\u2026 I have three children and a husband waiting for me at home\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver looked at her in complete confusion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAnd I\u2019ve got thirty hungry rabbits waiting for dinner,\u201d he snapped.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then he shoved a flashlight into her hands and said:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNow quit standing there and start pulling grass.\u201d <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f602.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude02\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A woman was taking a taxi home late one evening after a long night out.
