A simple car journey became a rescue mission for a couple who witnessed an unthinkable act of animal abandonment. While driving on a quiet road, they watched in disbelief as the driver of the car ahead of them threw a tied trash bag out of the window. Their disbelief turned to horror when they saw the bag twitch and move.
